Policies

  • I offer virtual and phone consultations for anyone interested in a cosmetic or fine line tattoo procedure. During the consultation we will go over your tattoo vision, goals, and possible concerns. We will review the procedure from start to finish, and answer any questions you might have!

    A $100 deposit is required when booking for a PMU appointment and a $50 deposit for a fine line tattoo appointment. These will be credited towards the total cost of treatment. *Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit can be transferred to the new appointment date one time as long as the rescheduled was made before the 72 hour window.

  • If a cancellation is made in less than 72 hours of your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reschedule/book another appointment.

    **If a cancellation is made without rescheduling, the deposit will be forfeited.

    ** If the client is a no-call/ no-show, the deposit will be forfeited and the client will not be able to re-book any services with Electric Ink Tattoo.

  • The client can reschedule their appointment up to 72 hours before the appointment date without forfeiting the deposit. The deposit can transferred to a new date under the following...

    *Must give at least 72 hour notice

    *A new appointment date must be booked at the time of rescheduling

    *The new appointment must be scheduled within 30 days of the original appointment date.

    *Deposits can only be transferred once.

    *If the client does not reschedule the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited

  • If a client is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

    A $25 rescheduling fee will apply.

  • We can make no guarantees to your individual results or how long your cosmetic, or fine line tattoo treatment will last. Results vary from person to person. Although the procedure is effective and can last years in most cases, no guarantee can be made about how long the procedure will last. This is why no we do not offer refunds of any kind.

    Because everyone’s skin is so different, it is important that each client understand we cannot guarantee how long the pigment will retain in your skin. Retention depends on your skin type, texture, oiliness, and aftercare. I recommend an annual touch up around 12-24 month, but results will vary.

    • We reserve the right to refuse service.

    • Prices are subject to change, however, we will honor the price of service upon your booking

    • If you wish for us to enhance and/or make changes to an existing cosmetic tattoo, please email close-up photo to determine if we can provide service.

    • New clients are recommended to attend two sessions; the initial procedure and a touch up appoint 4-8 weeks after the procedure. If a client fails to make a touch-up appointment within 8 weeks of the initial procedure an extra fee will be required.

    • On rare occasions a client may require a third session due to the skin being resistant to the implantation of pigment and/or incorrect after care. If a third session is required the client will be charged accordingly.

  • Clients may bring a guest, to their tattoo appointment. Please notify your artist beforehand so we can accommodate the space.
